Role: Prime Consultant

M&J Engineering (M&J) provided assistance to the City of Meriden Building Department with Plan Review, Code Inspection, and technical support for the issuance of Building Permits, and the proper scheduling of inspection work in progress. M&J’s services included scheduled inspections, verification of code compliance, and proper documentation of each, in accordance with City of Meriden Building Department procedures and the CT State Building Code. These tasks also required M&J’s collaboration with key City staff and stakeholders as well as assisting the City with administrative, technical, and applicant-based services to improve the timeliness of application processing.
